In many African communities, mental health and wellness challenges remain widely misunderstood. Stigma, misinformation, and lack of relatable education prevent many people from seeking support. 

Our Community Wellness Program collaborates with locals to create awareness campaigns and practical well being initiatives for the youth, women, men, and for different age groups. 

We co-create sustainable initiatives that can be used anywhere to: educate, reduce stigma, strengthen prevention, and create safe spaces where peers connect and heal together.
