Its also very effective when combined with talk therapy or other therapeutic approaches. No artistic skill is needed to book a session, our art therapists will support you through it all.

No. Art therapy mainly focuses on expression, not your artistic skill. You can book a session and our art therapists will guide you through your session even without prior experience.
These are guided therapeutic art sessions designed to support processing of emotions and feelings. Coaching is not really included, but at the end of the session, you and our art therapist explore what comes through your art and discuss how best to use those insights.
Simple materials like paper, pencils, or markers are enough. On request, we also provide the art materials at an extra cost. You can make this request when booking your session. The materials will also depend on what type of art you’d like to explore, which can be discussed on booking as well.
Yes, our 1:1 sessions are completely private and confidential. We also organize group sessions designed for a specific group objective where confidentiality is mutually agreed upon.
Yes, we do. You can reach out to us or indicate in your enquiry if you’d like a customized group art therapy session. The session will be customized to what your group wants to focus on, and can even incorporate bonding and play to make it more fun!
