Guided Breathwork

Our breathwork sessions are facilitated by trained breathwork practitioners and designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body through conscious breathing.

The breathwork sessions are also very effective when combined with talk therapy or other therapeutic approaches. No previous breathwork experience is required to book a session, our facilitators will support you through it all.

Yes, we do. You can reach out to us on WhatsApp or indicate in your enquiry if you’d like a customized group breathwork session. The session will be customized to what your group wants to focus on and even incorporate other mindfulness practices to make it more relaxing.
